Willa Haupta / Haupt’s Villa

Po drugiej stronie ulicy willa Wilhelma Haupta i jego żony Selmy, zbudowana ok. 1890 r. Haupt był dyrektorem Pończoszarni, później dyrektorem handlowym fabryki, a następnie – w dowód uznania za osiągnięcia zawodowe – został jednym z głównych dyrektorów Towarzystwa Akcyjnego Zakładów Żyrardowskich Hiellego i Dittricha. Willa w stylu szwajcarskim z charakterystycznym wysokim dachem i snycerką zdobiącą szczyty.

On the other side of the former Parkowa Street, the villa of Wilhelm Haupt and his wife Selma, built around 1890. Haupt was director of the Hosiery Factory, then commercial director of the factory, and later, in recognition of his professional achievements, became one of the main directors of the Hielle and Dittrich Joint Stock Company of Żyrardów Works. The villa is in the Swiss style with a characteristic high roof and wood carving decorating the gables.
