Pałacyk fabrykantów, znany jako tyrolski / Palace of factory owners, knawn as Tyrolean 

Pałacyk przy ul. Limanowskiego (d. ul. Długa). Jedna z najstarszych rezydencji osady fabrycznej, wybudowana przed 1867 r. Jej pierwszym mieszkańcem był John Ogden – pochodzący z Wielkiej Brytanii dyrektor przędzalni lnu. W latach 70. XIX w. mieszkała tu rodzina Hielle, następnie Dittrich. W 1881 r. do budynku wprowadziło się małżeństwo Marcellinów: Ludwik – dyrektor przędzalni bawełny z żoną Anną, córką Karola Augusta Dittricha. Na tyłach drewniana weranda, za którą dawniej roztaczał się ogród. Całość uzupełnia piętrowa oficyna (po prawej stronie), w której mieściły się stajnie i pokoje gościnne.

Palace on Limanowskiego Street (formerly Dluga Street). One of the oldest residences of the factory settlement, built before 1867. Its first inhabitant was John Ogden, a British-born director of the flax spinning mill. In the 1870s the Hielle family lived here, then the Dittrich family. In 1881 the Marcellin couple moved into the building: Ludwig – director of the cotton spinning mill with his wife Anna, daughter of Karol August Dittrich. At the back there is a wooden veranda, behind which the garden used to spread. The whole is complemented by a one-story outbuilding (on the right), which housed stables and guest rooms.
